We’ve been here at 10 Ayyappa Chetty Street for a while now. Mannady is a busy place, and there is always something going on outside the door. If you know the area, you know how crowded these lanes get with people moving stuff and small shops everywhere. Our spot isn't huge, but it works for what we do. Kokane Vikas Vithal is basically just us doing our thing every day. Most mornings start with unlocking the shutters and seeing who’s already out on the street. It’s a lot of noise and heat sometimes, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't have fancy office chairs or big signs that light up the whole block. It’s just a regular workspace. People stop by, sometimes they’re looking for someone else and we point them the right way. We spend most of the day dealing with the usual paperwork and tasks that come up. It’s not a glamorous setup, just desks and stuff we need to get through the work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to stop and do that right now. We just focus on getting things done before the sun goes down and the traffic gets even worse. It's a simple life on this street. We've seen neighbors come and go, but we've stayed put right here in this building. It feels like home after all these years of showing up every morning.
