You can find Jenisha International Exports & Imports at No. 11 Pg Avenue, 1st Street in Kattupakkam. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the middle of town, but it’s a good spot for us. We do both exports and imports here, so there is always something coming in or going out. The office is tucked away on the first street. It’s nothing special to look at, just a regular building where we do our business. We spend most of our time dealing with customs papers and tracking containers. It’s a lot of waiting for news from the port. Kattupakkam is a developing area, so things are always changing around us. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not the most modern setup, but it works fine for what we do. We don't really go in for the big marketing talk. We just want to make sure the cargo is safe and arrives on time. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to upload documents, which can be frustrating. But we get through it. There’s a tea stall around the corner where we usually go when things get too busy. It’s a practical life here. We just handle the goods, manage the shipping, and try to stay on top of the regulations which seem to change every other month. It’s just steady work for a local team and we stay busy.
