Kalyan International

Our office is located at No. 1 Subramaniam Street, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the bigger main roads around here. Despite the name Kalyan International, we are just a small group of people working out of a modest space. We deal with various trade and logistics tasks, which mostly involves a lot of time spent staring at computer screens and talking to people on the phone. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the ceiling fan has a slight wobble to it that we’ve just learned to ignore. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments or figuring out where a particular crate has ended up. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work that doesn't look very exciting from the outside, but it keeps the business running. We have stacks of files that probably need to be organized better, but we always seem to find what we need eventually. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. We just focus on getting the job done so we can go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s just how we operate here on Subramaniam Street, keeping things moving without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk.
