Kaleem

We are based at No 56 on the Collectorate Colony Main Road in Azad Nagar. We're pretty close to M R Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find the turn. Kaleem is just a small operation here in Aminjikarai. The road outside can get pretty jammed with traffic during the day, so we usually hear a lot of horns. Inside, it's a bit quieter. We handle various tasks, mostly just staying busy with whatever comes through the door. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and some storage shelves. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, so we’ve seen how the area has changed. The hospital nearby is a big landmark, so we just tell people to look for that. We don't have any big corporate banners or anything. Just the address on the door. It's a practical place for us. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep things organized, even though the paperwork piles up sometimes. The staff here is just a few local guys who know the streets well. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by with a question. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it suits us. We’ve got some old chairs for visitors and the fan always makes a clicking sound.
