Viva Gallery

Viva Gallery is located at No. 211 on 42nd Street in the 8th Sector of K. K. Nagar. We are right opposite the 3rd gate of the PSBB School. This means our mornings and afternoons are governed by the school bell. When school lets out, the street gets incredibly busy with buses, rickshaws, and parents, so we usually just stay inside and wait for the crowd to clear. Inside the gallery, it is a whole different world. We have art on the walls and frames stacked in the corners. It’s a bit of a cluttered space, but that’s how we like it. We spend our time helping people choose frames or talking about the latest pieces we’ve brought in. It isn't a high-end, snobby art gallery. It’s a local shop where we want people to feel comfortable just walking in and looking around. The lighting isn't always perfect, and sometimes the floorboards creak, but it has character. We have been in K. K. Nagar for years and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. A lot of our regular visitors are people who live just a few streets away. We don’t do big fancy openings or anything. We just keep the doors open and work on our framing projects. It’s a peaceful way to spend the day, surrounded by colors and textures. If you can navigate the 42nd Street traffic, we are always here doing our thing. It's a nice little spot for art lovers.
