Jawad Exports

Jawad Exports is based out of Sadashiva Nagar, specifically at number four in the Raj Mahal Vilas Extension. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which we like. The office is really just a couple of rooms where we handle all the shipping and paperwork. We’ve been in the export business for quite a while, though we started out much smaller than we are now. My nephew helps me with the computer work because I still struggle with all the new software. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people in different time zones. It means some early mornings and late nights, but that is just part of the job. We export all sorts of things, mostly local goods that people abroad want. The office isn't anything to look at, just old desks and stacks of files that need filing. We have a small garden outside where I sit when the phone won't stop ringing. It’s a family-run thing, so we don't have many rules. As long as the crates get on the ships on time, we’re happy. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with a thousand workers. We just like doing our own thing here in the extension. Neighbors know us as the quiet guys with the delivery trucks coming by. It’s a decent living and we’ve made a lot of friends through the years doing this.
