Itc Chola Sheraton

Our setup is at 3-D Villa Classica on Lloyds Road. It’s right in the Royapettah area of Chennai, which is a place that never really stays quiet for long, even late at night. We’re part of the whole ITC Chola Sheraton group, but this specific office is tucked away in the villa. It feels a bit different than a big hotel lobby. Here, it’s more about the administrative side of things and making sure everything runs okay behind the scenes for the guests. We deal with a lot of papers, schedules, and the occasional guest who gets a bit lost looking for the main hotel entrance and ends up here instead. The heat in Chennai can be quite something, so the air conditioning in the office is our best friend most of the year. We have a small kitchen area where we brew some strong coffee to keep us going during the long, humid afternoons. The floor has some scuffs from where we moved the heavy filing cabinets last summer. It's a workspace where people are usually typing away or talking on the phone about room bookings and supply orders. Sometimes the traffic on Lloyds Road gets so loud you have to close the windows tight just to hear yourself think. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; it’s just a functional place where the staff works hard to keep the wheels turning. It’s a bit of a maze inside.
