Isha Agro Developers Pvt. Ltd. is based at 169, Luz Church Road in George Town. This is one of those older parts of the city where the streets are a bit narrow and the buildings have a lot of history. Our office is tucked away here, and it's where we handle all our agricultural development stuff. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls to be honest. We aren't out in the fields every day, but we spend a lot of time thinking about them. The building we are in has high ceilings and old windows that rattle when the heavy buses go past on Luz Church Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and people rushing to the church or the nearby markets. We have a small team here, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just some maps on the wall and stacks of files on the desks. We drink a lot of tea while we go through our reports. It can get a bit stuffy in the humid months, but we have some fans that help. We don't really do any big advertising; we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. George Town is a noisy place, but it has a certain character that we've grown to like over the years.
