International Impex Agency

International Impex Agency is located right in the middle of Linghi Chetty Street, inside Shri Maadan Towers at No 179/1. If you know this part of the city, you know how crowded it gets with all the traders and lorries everywhere. It is a loud place but it feels like where the real work happens. We are on one of the floors there, and our office is usually full of files and samples. We spend a lot of time talking to people and sorting out the customs paperwork. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but most people around here just know us by the building. It gets really hot in the summer, so we have a couple of fans going all day long to stay cool while we work. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. It is just a place where we come every morning to handle the imports and exports. The street is always blocked with something, so we have to plan our day around the traffic. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this street, but we just keep doing our thing. It is a lot of back and forth with the port and the local markets, but that is the nature of the business in this area. We take our lunch breaks together when things quiet down for a bit and then get back to checking the ledgers and cargo lists until evening comes around.
