Indian Institute Of Planning & Management Egmore

The Indian Institute Of Planning & Management Egmore is based at No 145 Iipm Towers. We are right across from St Antonys Church on Marshalls Road in Egmore. It’s a very busy part of town. The church is a big landmark, so that helps people find us. Our building, Iipm Towers, is where all the daily activity happens. It’s not a brand-new building, so it has some wear and tear here and there. We don’t mind it much because we are busy with the planning and management work. The rooms are filled with desks and papers. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes during the peak hours. Marshalls Road is always full of traffic, so getting in and out can take a bit of time. We aren’t some polished corporate office with a receptionist who has everything perfectly organized. It’s a real working environment. We have students and staff moving around all day. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but we manage. Egmore is a central place to be, and being near the church gives the area a bit of a specific feel. We just do our thing here without much fuss or promotional talk. It’s an institute, we have classes and offices, and we just try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. That’s our day-to-day life here in Egmore and we just keep at it.
