Indian Fashion

We are located at A2-12 in the ONGC Flats on Justice Ratnavel Pandian Road, Mogappair East. It’s a bit of a different setting for a business like Indian Fashion, being inside a residential complex like that. Our workspace is usually a bit of a mess with fabric scraps, measuring tapes, and half-finished garments draped over chairs. We don't have a big storefront with glass windows; it's more like a home-based workshop where the sewing machines are always humming. People come by to drop off materials or check on their orders, and we usually have a chat over some tea. It's a small operation, just a few of us working on the designs and getting the stitching right. We spend a lot of time squinting at needles and making sure the embroidery is even. The light in the afternoon is the best for seeing the colors correctly. Living and working in the same general area means we know all the neighbors, and they often see us carrying bags of clothes in and out. It’s not a high-end boutique experience, but we care about the work we do. We might get a bit behind when there’s a big wedding season, but we just keep at it until the jobs are done. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day in Mogappair East. We just keep the thread rolls organized and the needles moving.
