I M Gears Pvt Ltd is located over at 235 1A & 2C in Selaiyur, specifically near the Madambakkam Post area. We are right on Vengaivasal Main Road, so we hear the traffic all day long. It’s a busy spot, but it makes it easy for the trucks to find us when they are dropping off materials. Our facility is mostly filled with machines and the sound of metal being worked on. It’s not a quiet place to work, but you get used to the hum after a while. We have a decent-sized crew here, mostly local guys who live nearby in Selaiyur or Madambakkam. We don't really have a big corporate office or a polished showroom. It’s more of a workshop vibe where everyone is wearing work boots and getting their hands dirty. The floors are concrete and the lights are those long buzzing tubes, which is just fine for what we do. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch of gears if a machine breaks down earlier in the day. It happens, and we just deal with it. We don't have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls. We just focus on making parts that work and getting them out the door on time. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside on the steps to get some fresh air away from the shop noise. It’s a tough job sometimes, but we’ve been doing it a long time.
