Hydro India

Hydro India is situated on the second floor of a building at No.9A in Jai Nagar, which is part of the Arumbakkam area. Finding the 15th Street can be a little tricky because some of the lanes around here look very similar. Once you find the right building, you have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to us. The office is small and functional, with a few desks and some shelves filled with manuals and technical folders about hydraulic systems. Because we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the rooftops in Arumbakkam, but mostly we just see the tops of the trees and the neighboring houses. Chennai weather is usually very hot, so we have a couple of noisy air conditioning units that struggle to keep the place cool during the peak of the day. We handle a lot of technical work related to water and fluids, so there are often some metal samples or valves sitting on the desks. Our team is small, just a few people who know their way around pipes and pressure gauges. We don't have a reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and someone will be there to help you. It is a very plain, no-nonsense office where the focus is entirely on the technical side of things and getting the paperwork sorted for our various projects.
