Hyatt Hotel Projects is based at No.6 on Kannaiah Street. This is right off North Usman Road in Chennai. If you’ve ever been to T-Nagar, you know how loud and busy it is with all the shops and the crowds. Kannaiah Street is a little bit tucked away from the main noise of Usman Road, but you can still feel the energy of the city. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The office is in a plain building that doesn't look like much from the outside. Hyatt Hotel Projects is where we handle all the drawings and planning. It’s a busy place with people coming in and out constantly. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a polished lobby. There are usually rolls of paper and blueprints lying around on every table. We’ve got a small team that has been working in Tamil Nadu for years. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using fancy language. We just like to get the work done. The heat in Chennai can be a lot, but we have some good fans and we keep the windows closed to keep the dust out. People come to see us because they know we’ve been at No.6 for a while. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. We don't have a big website; we just rely on the work we do every day to keep us going. There is no fluff here, just the usual office tasks and project management.
