You can find our office at No.112 on Triplicane High Road. We have been a part of this local area for many years now. Triplicane is one of those old, crowded parts of Chennai where something is always happening on the street. Our building is right in the middle of all that noise and activity. We manage several different hotel rooms from this one location. It is not a modern or fancy place, just a sturdy old building that has been here for a long time. We spend our work days making sure the rooms are ready and that the people staying with us have their keys. Sometimes the traffic on the High Road is so bad that it’s hard for anyone to even park, but that is just part of living in this city. We are a small team and we do almost everything ourselves, from fixing leaky taps to sitting at the front desk. We don't have any corporate training or fancy scripts to follow when we talk to guests. We just speak like normal people. The 600 005 area has so much history, and we like being part of it. The office is often a bit messy with old registers and bundles of keys. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the long shifts. It is hard work running hotels in such a busy spot, but we make it work. We just keep things simple.
