We operate out of No 41 in the Anugraha Apartments on Nungambakkam High Road. This is where the main office for Apollo Sindoori Hotels is located. It is unit B-19 on Uttamar Gandhi Salai. Nungambakkam is a very busy part of Chennai, and our office is right in the middle of all that noise. We spend most of our time managing the different food services and hospitality tasks we have going on across the city. It is not a hotel itself here, just the place where the planning and the paperwork happen every day. The office is usually full of people on phones or sitting at computers looking at lists. We handle a lot of logistics for hospitals and other places that need food served to many people at once. It is a lot of coordinating between different teams and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. The street outside is always noisy with traffic, but we are used to that after all these years. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we know how to get things done without much fuss or talking. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby because we are mostly focused on the work happening inside. It is a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls to suppliers. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving piles of paper, but it all keeps the kitchens running elsewhere. We just show up.
