Acts Hotel

We are located at No 109 on the first floor along the Byepass Road in Velacheri. Being near Metro Storage makes us easy to find if you’re driving through the area. Acts Hotel isn't one of those massive luxury places you see in the city center. We’re more of a straightforward spot for people who need a place to stay or a quick bite while they’re traveling. The traffic on the bypass can be pretty heavy, so we see a lot of people stopping in just to take a break. Our rooms are kept clean and we try to keep things quiet for the guests, though the road noise is always there in the background. The staff here is small, just a few of us who handle the front desk and the cleaning and the kitchen. We talk to the guests like regular people because that’s what we are. Sometimes the power goes out or a tap leaks, and we just get it fixed as fast as we can. We don’t have a big corporate manual for how to talk to customers. We just try to be helpful. The food we serve is simple, mostly the kind of stuff you’d eat at home. It’s a busy life running a hotel on a main road, but we like meeting the different people who pass through Velacheri every day. It is just a modest place run by people who care about the work.
