We are located at No 5 on Mannady Street, which is right behind the Collector Office here in Chennai. It is a pretty busy part of town and there is always something going on outside our doors. We have been here for a good while now and we just do our work day in and day out. The building itself is nothing too special to look at but it serves its purpose for the people who come by. We see a lot of office workers and folks who have business at the Collector Office. The street can get really crowded with traffic and people walking everywhere. We open up early and stay busy until late. It gets quite warm in Chennai as everyone knows so we just try to keep things as comfortable as we can with what we have. Our staff is just a few local people who know the area well. We don't have any big corporate rules or fancy slogans. We just serve the food and look after the rooms as well as we know how. Sometimes things get a bit hectic and we might fall behind a little but we always catch up. It is just a regular local business run by people who live nearby.
