Hotel Brownstar

Hotel Brownstar is located at 2/25 Ambedkar Road in the Subrayan Nagar area. We are right in the middle of things here in Chennai 600024. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside. We have a fair number of rooms and we try to keep them in good shape for whoever comes to stay. It’s not a boutique hotel or anything like that. It’s just a place where you can get a room for a night or two without any fuss. We have a small team of people who help with the cleaning and the front desk. We don't have a fancy uniforms or anything, just regular clothes. Most of our guests are people visiting the city for business or family reasons. The building is a few stories high and we have a lift that usually works well. Sometimes the traffic on Ambedkar Road gets pretty loud, especially in the mornings, but that’s just how it is in this city. We don't have a big restaurant inside, but there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away. We keep our check-in process simple and try to help out if someone needs directions to the local landmarks. It is just how we make our living and we have been at this location for a while. We just focus on the basics of having a clean room and a place to sit. We try to keep the hallways well-lit so it feels a bit more welcoming.
