Hotel Andhra Bhavan

Hotel Andhra Bhavan is located at No 1119, though the old timers still call it New No 38. We are on Poonamallee High Road in the Periamet section of Chennai, 600007. The Ribbon Building is right near us, which is a very old and famous place. Being on such a major road means there is always a lot of dust and noise. We have been here for a long time, watching the city change around us. It is not a polished or corporate kind of place. We just have our rooms and our regular way of doing things. The staff are all local people who have been with us for a while. We do not have any fancy brochures or promotional stuff. We just focus on the guests who walk in from the street. Many of them are traveling through the city and need a place that is easy to get to. Poonamallee High Road is always packed with traffic, so it can be a bit of a struggle to get across the street sometimes. We try to keep the inside as quiet as possible, but you can still hear the city outside. It is just a regular hotel in a busy part of Chennai. We do not have a big plan for the future, we just take it one day at a time. If you need us, we are right there in Periamet, near the Ribbon Building. It is a lot of work, but we are used to it.
