Holy Tec Engineering. If you head down Nehru Street in Padikuppam, you’ll find us at number 23. This part of Koyambedu is always crowded. There is always a lot of traffic and people moving around. Our workshop is tucked in there, and honestly, it’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for the sign. We’ve been here long enough that the walls could use a new coat of paint, but we spend most of our time focusing on the work instead. The shop is filled with the sound of grinding and drilling most of the day. It’s a bit loud, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We do a lot of small engineering parts and repairs for people around here. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful where we step so we don't trip over a crate or a cable. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Chennai. We just like doing a decent job and making sure things work the way they should. The guys here have been working together for a long time. We know who is good at what. Lunch is usually eaten quick so we can get back to whatever is on the bench. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying late under the tube lights. It’s just the way it goes when you’re working with metal.
