Hft Clothing Llp is located in the old part of Chennai, in Mannady. Our address is on Coral Merchant Street, specifically New No. 43/23. It used to be No. 22/23 back in the day. This area has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk down the street. It’s crowded and the buildings are close together. We deal with all sorts of clothing. Our workspace is pretty traditional. It’s got high ceilings and lots of shelves for the stock. We don't have fancy air conditioning everywhere, so we keep the fans going. Working in Mannady means we are close to the markets, which is helpful. We aren't some big brand with commercials on TV. We are just a small partnership. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of the clothes and making sure the orders are correct. Mistakes happen sometimes—a wrong size here, a late delivery there—but we do our best to fix it. We aren't polished or corporate. We just talk like normal people and do our work. The street outside is always noisy with carts and motorbikes, but we are used to it. We’ve been at this Coral Merchant Street location for a while. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we enjoy the daily routine of it all and getting the job done right.
