Guru Nanak College

We are located on Velacheri Road, right in the middle of Velacheri. It’s a busy spot with lots of students and people moving about all day. Our building has been here for a long time. We spend our days managing classes and making sure the students have what they need. It’s not just about the books, but about the daily routine of a college. The staff here has been around for years. We see the morning rush on the road every single day. It can get quite hot in this part of town, but we have some trees around the grounds. We aren't a corporate office, just a place for learning and community. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Chennai for a long time. We keep things running as best as we can. The hallways are usually noisy during the breaks between lessons. We handle everything from admissions to the library work. It’s a lot of paper and talking to parents. We don't have fancy marketing, just the work we do every day. Sometimes we have small events on the grounds. It’s a local place where everyone knows each other. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. The gate usually has a bit of a crowd during the morning and evening hours. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for lunch. It’s just a normal college life with all the usual challenges and busy moments. The local buses stop right near the entrance, which is handy for everyone.
