Dakshata Coconut Products

Our place, Dakshata Coconut Products, is situated at Sf-250/A2 in Gudimangalam, right in the Udumalpet area. Since we are in Udumalpet, coconuts are a big part of everything around here. Our facility is where we take the raw stuff and turn it into different products. There is always that distinct smell of fresh coconuts in the air, which you get used to pretty quickly. The yard is often full of husks or shells depending on what we worked on that day. It is a rural kind of setting, so things move at a bit of a different pace than the big cities. We have a small team of workers from the local village who help us out. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets or complicated marketing schemes. We just follow the methods we’ve used for years. The sun can be quite hot out here in Gudimangalam, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the day. We are just a local business trying to make good use of what the land gives us. People around here know where we are, and we don’t feel the need to be anywhere else. It’s a simple operation, focused on the products and the work right in front of us. We spend our days making sure everything is sorted and packed correctly before it leaves the gate. That's just how we do things out here in Udumalpet every day.
