Grand Palace Hotel

We have been located at No 257 for quite a long time now. The Grand Palace Hotel is sitting right on G S T Road, so you really cannot miss the building if you are driving through the Chrompet area. Being so close to the Madras Institute Of Technology means there are always students and faculty members walking around the streets nearby. It gets very busy on this particular stretch of the road. We see a constant flow of vehicles and people heading toward the 600044 area or out toward the airport. The traffic noise is just a part of our daily life here, and we have grown used to it over the years. We do not have a big corporate team running things from a distance. It is just us here at the property every day. We open up, check the rooms, and handle whatever comes our way. The neighborhood has changed a lot, with new shops popping up all the time, but we stay right here at our spot on the main road. Most people find us because the location is easy to explain to a driver or a friend. You just tell them it is near the MIT gate. We do not go in for fancy talk or big promises. We just keep the place running and try to stay on top of the maintenance. It is a straightforward job and we just take it one day at a time.
