Government Higher Secondary School Girls Beohari

Our school sits right along the ECR Road at number 4/111. It’s the Neelankarai-Palavakkam area, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses heading down the coast. This is a government school for girls, and it has been a part of this neighborhood for quite some time. The building is simple, and we spend most of our time just managing the daily schedule. The kids come from all around the local streets here. You can hear them during the break times from quite a distance. It’s a bit dusty because of the road work that happens often on the East Coast Road, but we don’t mind it much. We just focus on getting the girls through their higher secondary years. Some days are hotter than others, and the sea breeze from the coast helps a little bit, though it also brings some salt in the air which isn't great for the paint on the walls. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us teachers and the staff making sure the classrooms are ready. People around here know us as the place on the main road. It’s a very local vibe, with small shops and houses surrounding the school grounds. We just do our work and go home when the bell rings at the end of the day. It is a bit worn down in places, but it works fine for us.
