Government Higher Secondary School Bhimgarh Chhapara

We are located in a very busy part of the city at No 781 Rayala Towers on Mount Road. It’s a bit unusual for a government higher secondary school to be in a big tower like Rayala Towers, but that’s where we are. The school is called Bhimgarh Chhapara. Being on Mount Road means we are right in the center of everything in Chennai. The traffic outside is constant, and you can always hear the horns and the buses. Inside the school area, we try to keep things as normal as possible for the students. We have our classrooms and the teachers’ area. It’s not like those fancy private schools with big gardens. We are in a commercial building, so we have to follow the rules of the tower. The kids come in every morning, mostly taking the bus or walking from nearby areas. The hallways are functional, and the classrooms have the basic stuff like desks and blackboards. We don’t have a lot of extra space for hanging out, so everyone stays pretty focused on their work. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is moving between classes. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the surrounding offices are used to seeing the students in the elevators and lobby. It’s just a practical setup for a city school. We just do our daily work and go home.
