You can find Government Higher Secondary School Beohari Ghansore at Jhanavai Heights on Babu Jagan Street. We are in Arumbakkam, which is a very crowded part of Chennai. Being located in a place like Jhanavai Heights is a bit different for a school, but we have our space set up for the students. It’s a busy area with the metro and all the shops nearby, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, we try to keep things focused on the schoolwork. We have several rooms used for different grades, and they are all filled with the usual desks and chairs. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from the main road, but we are used to it by now. The hallways are narrow and we have to keep things organized so everyone can move around. We don't have a big yard for sports, so the kids usually just hang out in the common areas during their breaks. The teachers spend a lot of time at their desks grading papers and talking about the upcoming exams. It’s a government school, so we don’t have any fancy decorations or luxury items. It’s all very functional and straightforward. We just show up, do the teaching, and make sure the students are learning what they need to know. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest place where we all just try to do our best in the middle of the city.
