We handle both exports and imports, which means we are usually juggling a lot of different tasks at once. One minute we are talking to a supplier and the next we are trying to find a container for a shipment. Thomas Nagar is a decent area and our street is mostly filled with other small offices and houses. We don't have any fancy signage or a big lobby. You just walk in and see us working. We use a lot of paper despite everyone saying things are digital now. There are stacks of invoices and packing lists on almost every surface. We have a few old computers that still work fine for what we need. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoon, but we have a good ceiling fan. We aren't into big marketing speeches. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the cargo moves safely. Most of our days are spent on the phone or typing out manifest details. It’s a steady job and we like the neighborhood.
