Glorious Gallery

Our place, Glorious Gallery, is tucked away in Anna Nagar. Specifically, we are at No AI-159 on 7th Main Road. If you find Anna Adarsh College, we are right behind it. It’s a nice part of the city, though it can get pretty crowded when the college students are out and about. The street is lined with trees, which helps a bit with the Chennai sun. Our shop is a bit of a mix of things. We have a lot of items on the shelves, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room. People often stop in after visiting the college or while they are walking through the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen the area change quite a bit. The building itself is a standard residential-turned-commercial spot, which gives it a more personal feel than a big mall. We spend our days dusting the displays and talking to whoever wanders in. Sometimes it’s just someone looking for directions, and other times it’s a neighbor looking for something specific. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing our thing in Anna Nagar. We like the pace of 7th Main Road. It’s busy but not overwhelming. We just keep the door open and stay busy with the small things that need doing around the shop. It’s a decent way to spend the day, watching the city go by from our front window.
