Glassdec Llp

Padi is a very busy part of the city, with lots of little shops and factories tucked away in the side lanes. Our place at No. 30/1 in Ur Nagar is where we spend the bulk of our hours. Glassdec is where we spend our time dealing with glass products. It is not always the cleanest or the quietest environment to work in. There is almost always some kind of noise from the machines running or people having to talk loudly over the fans. We have a pretty small team here. Everyone pretty much knows their job and just gets on with it. We handle the glass, move the heavy sheets around, and try to make sure everything gets to where it is supposed to be without any cracks. Some days feel very long, especially when there is a big shipment arriving or leaving. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist or anything like that. It is just a functional workspace with tools and glass pieces everywhere. You eventually get used to the smell of the workshop and the constant activity. People come in with hand-drawn sketches or just some ideas, and we sit down to see what can actually be done. It is a very practical business. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the task right in front of us. The neighborhood is full of workers and small trucks moving in and out of the narrow roads all day.
