Geetha Enterprises is tucked away at number 34 on New Street in the Maduvenkarai area of Guindy. It’s a busy part of the city, and our little corner is usually buzzing with some kind of activity. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors and the local delivery guys. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we do all our daily business. We handle a bit of everything here, depending on what the day brings. Guindy is a central spot, so we get people coming in from different parts of town, though most of our regulars are from nearby. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work through orders or talk to customers. We don't really have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the work gets done and the inventory stays stocked up. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a parked truck, but that’s just life on New Street. We like it here because everything is close by. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we just keep the place functional so we can focus on what we’re doing.
