You can find Galaxy Garments Chennai at No. 66/83 Moore Street. We are up on the 3rd floor. Moore Street is one of those places in Chennai that stays busy from morning till night. It can get really hot up here in the summer months, but we have a few old fans that do their best. We’ve been here long enough that the creaks in the floorboards don’t bother us anymore. The 3rd floor means we have to haul everything up and down, which keeps us in shape. It’s a lot of work handling the garments, checking the seams, and making sure the colors are right. We don't have a receptionist or any of that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-work with fabric scraps all over the floor. We try to keep it organized, but when we are busy, it gets a bit messy. The view from the window is just more buildings and rooftops. Sometimes we take a break and watch the street life below for a minute. Chennai is a fast city, but in here, we just focus on the task in front of us. We are just regular people making a living with needles and thread. There is always a lot to do, and the days go by pretty fast when you have a big order to finish. It’s just how it is. We usually finish up late and head home through the crowded streets. That is the daily cycle at our place.
