Gaelle Impex is located at 149 Kodambakkam High Road, right in the heart of T-Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know T-Nagar is about as busy as it gets. There’s always something happening right outside our door. We deal with imports and exports, mostly focusing on items that people actually use. Our office is a bit of a hub for all sorts of goods moving in and out. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls; it’s more about shelves, boxes, and a lot of logbooks. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are moving through the ports on time. It can be stressful when there’s a delay, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We’re a small team, so everyone knows how to do everything. Kodambakkam High Road is always noisy, and sometimes it's hard to hear yourself think with all the honking, but it’s a great location for business. We don't have a big marketing department. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. We just try to be honest about what we can do and when things will arrive. It’s a simple way to work, and it’s served us well so far. We keep it practical and don't make promises we can't keep. It's just how we've always operated the business.
