Freeze Tech Equipments Private Limited is located at 141 in the Developed Plot Industrial Estate in Perungudi. If you know Chennai, you know how hot it gets out here, so working in the refrigeration and equipment business is a bit funny. The Industrial Estate is a big place with lots of different factories and units, and we are at plot number 141. It is a fairly busy area with a lot of movement during the day. We have a decent-sized workshop where we put together our equipment. It’s not air-conditioned in the main work area, so we all sweat a lot while we are working on the machines. We’ve been in Perungudi for several years now. The office is just a small partitioned space in the front of the building where we keep the files and answer the phone. We don't really have any polished brochures or a sales team. Usually, if someone wants something, they just call us or drop by the estate. We use a lot of heavy tools and there is always some welding or cutting going on, so it’s pretty loud. We try to keep things organized, but in a place like this, there is always a bit of clutter. Most of the guys here have been with us since the start. We just focus on getting the orders built and shipped out without making too much of a fuss about it. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy.
