Franco Agro Private Limited

Franco Agro Private Limited is our company. We operate out of Villa No 14 in the Mantri Signature complex. The address is #138, Kalaingar Karunanidhi Road, which most people around here just call Sholinganallur. It is a bit of a different setup for an agro company, being in a villa, but it works for us. It gives us a bit of a quiet space away from the main road chaos. Sholinganallur is mostly known for the big IT parks, but we are here doing our agricultural business right in the middle of it. We do not have a storefront with a big display. It is more of a private office where we handle the management and the planning side of things. We focus on the agro sector, dealing with various aspects of the trade and production. The environment at Mantri Signature is quite nice, which helps when things get stressful. We are not a huge team with fancy titles. We just have a few people who know their way around the industry. Sometimes we have to explain to people that yes, an agro company is based in a villa complex, but once they see how we work, they get it. We like the location because it is well-connected to the rest of Chennai. We are not trying to impress anyone with a glass skyscraper. We just want a comfortable place to run the business properly and keep our records in order.
