Fabrimech Engineers

We operate under the name Fabrimech Engineers, and this workshop is where we spend almost all of our time. We don’t have a big street address with a lot of numbers, as people just know us by our name in the local area. The shop itself is a fairly simple building with a corrugated metal roof that gets pretty loud when it rains. Inside, it’s a bit of a mess to the untrained eye, but we know exactly where every wrench and piece of scrap metal is located. We have a few old workbenches that have seen decades of use, and the floors are stained with a lot of history. There is no air conditioning, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can during the summer months. It’s a very hands-on kind of life. We don’t spend time on fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands by ten in the morning. We sit on plastic chairs during our lunch breaks and talk about the news or the weather. It’s a straightforward, honest way to make a living. We just focus on the fabrication and the mechanical tasks that come our way. We are not interested in being a giant corporation. We just want to do a decent job and keep the shop running for another year. It is what we do and it’s how we have always done things.
