Fab Blue Apparels Private Limited

Our place is located in Maduravoyal. We are at 4/292, MMDA Colony East Main Road. If you are ever in Chennai, you might have passed by our building without noticing it. Fab Blue Apparels Private Limited is the name we use for the business. We do a lot of garment production here. The neighborhood is mostly houses, but there are a few small businesses like ours tucked away. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the MMDA Colony layout. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a few years. We handle everything from cutting the original cloth to the final packing. The East Main Road can get pretty jammed during the morning rush hour. Our workshop isn't very large, but we make it work for us. We have stacks of fabric sitting in almost every corner. It smells like fresh cotton inside most of the time. We don't have a receptionist; usually, one of us just goes to the door if someone knocks. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We deal with local suppliers for all our raw materials. Being in Chennai means we have to deal with the heat and humidity, which isn't great for the machines. We aren't trying to be some giant factory. We just like having our own spot in Maduravoyal. Most days we are just focused on the piles of shirts we need to finish. It is just a regular job for us.
