We are located at No. 4, on the first floor of the first level on Perriyannan Ministry Street in Broadway. Broadway is a hectic place, filled with all kinds of shops and people moving around constantly. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. Excel Construction Materials has been operating from this spot for a good while. Since we are on the first floor, we’re slightly removed from the street noise, but you can still hear the hustle and bustle. The office is pretty basic. We have desks, some shelves for files, and plenty of samples of the materials we supply. It’s not a place for lounging; we’re usually busy with paperwork or on the phone with contractors. Managing construction materials in a place like Broadway means you have to be organized, or everything becomes a mess quickly. We don't have a big, shiny lobby. People just come in, sit down, and we talk about what they need for their building sites. It’s a no-nonsense environment. Most of our days are spent coordinating deliveries and making sure the right stuff gets to the right people. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to drivers. We’ve been around the Broadway area long enough to know how things work here. It’s a tough, fast-paced neighborhood, but we enjoy being part of the local trade. It keeps us on our toes every single day and there's never a dull moment.
