Ethiraj Hotel Mart

Our shop is located at 25/22 on Evening Bazaar Road, right in the middle of Park Town. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the carts and people moving around. We have been selling kitchen stuff for a long time. Mostly it is things for hotels or small eating joints that need big pots and sturdy plates. We keep a lot of stock piled up because you never know what someone might need at the last minute. The shelves are full of stainless steel items, from tiny spoons to those massive cookers that take two people to carry. It can be hard to find things sometimes if you don't know where to look, but we know where everything is kept. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. Customers come in and haggle a bit, which is just part of the day here. We keep the doors open even when it is hot outside because the breeze from the street helps a little. Dealing with kitchen supplies isn't very glamorous, but it is honest work and people always need to eat, so they always need gear to cook with. We try to keep things simple and just provide what is asked for without making a big fuss about it. If you need a specific size of pan, we probably have it buried somewhere in the back.
