Ratti Rajan Impex

If you look for us, we are over at Shop No. 19 in Prince Plaza on Pantheon Road. It is a busy area with lots of people coming and going all the time. Working at Ratti Rajan Impex keeps us on our toes because there is always something happening in the plaza. Our shop is not huge, but it fits everything we need to get our daily tasks done. We handle impex stuff, which mostly means a lot of coordinating and making sure details are correct before anything leaves the door. Sometimes the traffic outside on Pantheon Road gets really loud, but we just shut the door and keep working. It is a small crew here. We have known each other a long time, so we don't really need a lot of formal meetings. We just talk across the desks. When a big order comes in, we all jump in to help out, no matter whose job it usually is. We have been in this building for a while and the other shop owners are like neighbors. We grab tea from the same spot every afternoon. It’s not a glamorous life, just plenty of logistics and tracking numbers. We try to stay organized, though the piles of files might say otherwise on a Friday afternoon. We just focus on getting the day's list finished so we can head home. It feels good to see the stuff we handle moving out to different places.
