B. R Exports & Imports

You can find B. R Exports & Imports in the basement of Prince Plaza on Pantheon Road. Egmore is always moving so being down here in the 10a basement unit keeps it a bit quieter for us. It’s a big building and people are always coming and going from the shops upstairs. We don’t have much of a view but it stays cool even when the sun is really beating down on the street. We do both exports and imports so there is usually a lot to keep track of every day. Sometimes we have to run out to the post office or meet someone nearby. Pantheon Road is a busy stretch of road and finding a spot for a bike can be tough if you arrive late. The office is filled with files and some old furniture we’ve had since the start. We drink a lot of coffee while we look over the shipping documents. It’s not a large space but we make it work for everything we need to do. If the lights flicker we just give the switch a tap. It’s just how things go in an older building like Prince Plaza. We’ve been here a while and know most of the other folks working in the basement units too. We just keep the business running one day at a time without any fuss.
