Drbccc Hindu College

This place has been standing in Dharmamurthi Nagar for quite some time now. It's a well-known spot in Chennai, and if you live in the 600072 area, you’ve probably walked past our gates once or twice. The building is solid, though you can tell it’s seen many years of students coming and going through the front doors. We have a lot of rooms and the hallways can get quite noisy between the bells. It’s hot most of the year here in Tamil Nadu, so we just deal with the weather and keep the old fans going. The campus is spread out enough that you get some walking in every day. We aren't trying to be the newest or the flashiest college around. We just provide the space for the classes and make sure the teachers have what they need to talk to the students. There’s always someone at the gate checking IDs, and the office is usually busy with paperwork or someone asking about their marks. It’s a busy life here. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The desks are wooden and simple. The chalk dust gets on everything, but that’s just how a college looks when people are actually working. We just keep the routine going, day in and day out, making sure the gates open on time and the lights stay on for whoever needs to study. It’s just a normal place for education without any extra frills or complicated nonsense.
