Dj Garments

You can find Dj Garments over at No. 30/62 Thyagappa Street in Korukkupet. It is a busy little street and we fit right in with the rest of the shops and workspaces around here. We spend most of our time dealing with fabrics and clothes. It gets dusty and there are scraps of thread everywhere, but that is just how a garment place looks. We have been doing this for a while now. Some of the machines are old, but they still run fine if you know how to talk to them. The team here is pretty small. We all know each other’s names and whose turn it is to bring in snacks. We don't have a marketing department or a big sales team. It is just us making things and sending them out. Korukkupet is a hardworking neighborhood, and we like to think we fit that description too. Sometimes things get backed up when a big order comes in, and we all have to pitch in to get it finished on time. It can be stressful, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some high-fashion brand you see in magazines. We just make clothes that people can actually use. It is simple work, really. We like being on Thyagappa Street. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. The neighbors are good people and we have a nice routine going most days.
