You can find us in Thanumalayan Nager in Suchindrum, which is part of the Kanyakumari District. Our specific spot is at 15/8A, and it’s essentially a small-scale engineering setup started by the son of K. Sankaralingom. Being in Suchindrum, we’re close to the big temple, so the atmosphere around here is quite traditional and peaceful compared to the bigger cities. We don't have a massive team or a glass-walled office. It’s just a practical space where we handle technical drawings and engineering plans. The work involves a lot of time spent at the desk and occasionally visiting sites around the district to see how things are progressing. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, where things are handled personally rather than through a bunch of departments. We deal with the local heat as best as we can with a couple of ceiling fans that have seen better days. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes sending large files a bit of a chore, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Tamil Nadu; we just want to do honest work for the people in our community. Most of our day is spent looking at specifications and making sure the numbers add up. If you stop by, you’ll likely see some rolls of paper and a few computers running, with the local radio playing softly in the background. It’s a quiet life, but the work is interesting enough and keeps us connected to the area.
