Decorum Interior

We are located at No Ab-8 on 2nd Avenue in Anna Nagar. If you know where the old Food World was, we are right near there, across from the LIC building. Anna Nagar is a nice area, but it gets very busy on the weekends. Decorum Interior is basically a place where we keep samples of curtains, wallpapers, and other things for houses. The shop isn't huge, so we have to be careful about how we stack the fabric rolls. It’s mostly just us working here, talking to people who want to change something in their homes. We don't use any big sales pitches. We just show people what we have in the books and let them decide. Often, someone will come in after doing their grocery shopping nearby. We have a couple of chairs where people can sit and look through designs. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, nothing like those high-end showrooms in the city center. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. We like the neighborhood and the people who live here. Sometimes we are out visiting a house to take measurements, so the shop might be quiet for an hour. But usually, someone is around to answer questions. It’s a steady job and we enjoy seeing how the different fabrics look once they are finally put up in a room. It makes the day feel worth it.
