You can find Vastusaara tucked away at No.4 Sanjeevirayan Koil Lane. We are right in the heart of Old Washermenpet. It’s one of those older parts of Chennai where everyone knows everyone else. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and get to work. We’ve been here in 600 021 for a while now. The streets around here are narrow and always crowded, but that’s just the charm of the place. We do our work without making much of a fuss. It’s mostly about helping folks with their building needs and making sure things are done properly. Sometimes the heat in Chennai gets to be a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We aren't a giant corporation with fancy titles. We're just a small group of people who understand how things work in this neighborhood. Most of our clients are just neighbors or people who heard about us from a friend. We don't spend money on big signs or flyers. Our work speaks for itself, really. Every day is a bit different, but it always involves a lot of talking and a lot of planning. We like being in Old Washermenpet. It’s got a real history to it. We just want to do our part and keep the business running smoothly for as long as we can. It's a simple life for us, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
