B M Architects & Interior Designers

Our office is at No 35/1 Aishwarya Flats. We are right near the 18th Main Road in Anna Nagar. At B M Architects & Interior Designers, we mostly focus on residential stuff because that's what's around us here. It's a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been working out of this flat for a while. It’s a comfortable space where we can spread out our plans. We do both the architecture and the interiors because it’s easier when one person knows what the other is doing. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just draw houses and then figure out what furniture goes inside. Sometimes a client wants something that just won't work with the plumbing, and we have to explain why. It’s a lot of back and forth. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who really care about making sure a home feels right. We keep our samples organized, or we try to, but things get busy. Anna Nagar is a good place to be based. We see a lot of the same faces around the neighborhood. We just want to do solid work that lasts. No gimmicks or anything like that, just straight-up designing and building. It keeps us out of trouble and pays the bills. We like it here.
