Deal Design Centre

Our business, Deal Design Centre, is located at 33/26 Guhan Street in Palasaradakkam. This is a fairly narrow street, which can make it a bit of a challenge for larger vehicles to navigate, but it’s a lively and friendly neighborhood. We are nestled between several other small shops and residential houses. The building itself is very simple, and we haven’t made any major changes to the outside since we moved in. Inside, it is strictly a workspace. We have shelves filled with different design materials and a few computers set up on some old wooden desks. It is certainly not a high-end studio. There is usually a small radio playing in the corner to keep us company while we work. We get quite a few people from the neighborhood walking in just to ask a quick question or say hello. It is a very informal and relaxed atmosphere. We don’t go in for suits or formal meetings; we prefer to just sit down and talk through a design over a cup of tea. The floor is a little uneven in places, and the walls could probably use some new paint, but we don’t really worry about those things. We like the space because it feels authentic and comfortable. There is a small tea stall just a couple of doors down where we often go for a break. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we do our daily work without any unnecessary frills or marketing.
