Daat Engineering

Our office is located at number 30 inside the Sree Mahal Apartments. It’s right on M G R Salai in the Saligramam area. It’s a decent spot for us because it’s central and easy to get to, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. Daat Engineering isn't a big firm with hundreds of employees or a fancy lobby. It’s just a small group of us who are good with technical stuff and engineering work. Since we are in an apartment building, it’s mostly residential around us. We have to be careful about not making too much noise or bothering the families living nearby. We spend most of our hours looking at blueprints or typing up technical reports on our laptops. It probably isn't very exciting for someone else to watch, but we like what we do. We have a tiny balcony where we go to stand for a few minutes when we need a break from the screens. Saligramam is a busy neighborhood, but once you step inside the apartment, it’s actually quite quiet. We don't have a huge sign out on the street, so you have to look for the building name specifically. We’ve been here for a couple of years now and the space really suits our needs. We don't have a polished sales pitch or a marketing department. We just tell people what we can handle and go from there.
